Just recently, the 20 Bond Street building complex underwent a full refurbishment to provide an entirely new architecturally designed ground floor lobby, premium-grade professional services, as well as strong sustainability credentials. The landmark building’s new ground floor now includes a full lifting upgrade, a cafe, and newly designed washroom amenities for all building occupants.

Dolphin worked with Fender Katsalidis and Buildcorp as architect and contractor respectively for the 20 Bond Street project.

For the newly refurbished washrooms of the landmark building complex, Dolphin looked to create a feel of individual washpoints for the washroom users whilst maintaining the full Alavo system and its benefits.

The Alavo wash stations put up for the 20 Bond Street project were ideal for the client considering their need for a washroom that can accommodate the high foot traffic that comes and goes in the building.

Precision designed by Dolphin’s team of architects, designers, and specifiers, the Alavo provides everything—tap, soap, sanitiser, and hand dryer—you need for a complete and thorough hand-washing experience all in one sleek and clutter-free washwall system. Dolphin ensured that the Alavo wash stations set up for the 20 Bond Street project were up to client’s specifications and mounted custom wall lights in between washpoints to create a feel of individual user experience and altogether complemented the washroom’s modern contemporary designs.

Whilst maintaining the full Alavo usability and functionality, these proprietary washwall stations are packed with features that highly consider sustainability and the effects of their usage and wastage on the environment. With optimised water, soap, and energy-saving capacities, the Alavo systems at 20 Bond Street were carefully designed to eliminate cross contamination, slip and trip hazards and streamlined for easy replenishment and maintenance, all whilst ensuring a clutter-free and elegantly stylish design in the client’s commercial washroom area.
